I have three great passions: my dogs, the mountains and gastronomy.

I discovered my love for the latter 19 years ago. What was then a small punch stall on the main square in Tulln an der Donau became the Punschkuchl, a medium-sized catering business with a focus on the winter season, which always remains true to its principles: everything is homemade, prepared with love and a wide selection to suit all tastes.

When I'm not busy serving my guests tasty treats, I spend every spare minute with my dogs, preferably hiking in the mountains.

When I saw the advert for the Rotgüldenseehütte, it was love at first sight and finally an opportunity to combine my passions.

Accompanied by my husband Tom, my three Akita dogs and my core team from the Punschkuchl, Sandra and Bibi, we not only want to delight the palate at the RogSi, as we affectionately call the Rotgüldenseehütte, but also offer other varied experiences for all hiking and mountain enthusiasts.
